Like so many women, I spent years struggling with painful periods, cystic acne, and anxiety, only to be met with the same conventional solutions: birth control and harsh medications. In my search for answers, I unknowingly used products that were doing more harm than good. It wasn’t until I worked with a naturopath and immersed myself in the holistic health world that I discovered the extreme impact of low-tox living.
Determined to take control of my health, I became a Certified Gut Health and Integrative Nutrition Specialist, diving deep into the connection between our bodies and the products we use daily.
Through this journey, I realized how overwhelming it is to find a space with truly clean (yet also effective) products in a market flooded with misleading labels and greenwashing (a marketing tactic to make products sound/look healthy when they aren’t).
That’s why I created Her Holistic Store—to change the way women approach their everyday wellness products. Our mission is built on integrity, education, and transparency, which is why every single product we offer has been carefully researched, tested, and approved by both myself, and our dedicated team of women with over 20 years of experience in natural healthcare.
Growing up in Australia, I was surrounded by a culture that celebrates wellness and embraces natural living. With access to incredible, honest products, it felt only right to showcase and support Australian brands that share this commitment to transparency and health.
