What makes you different from other health product stores?

I created Her Holistic Store because I spent years reading ingredient labels in “health” stores only to still find products with sneaky, hidden toxins. I couldn't truly trust anywhere, so I simply built the store I wish existed.

We’re also proudly focused on women’s health, with every product carefully chosen to support hormones, fertility, and overall wellbeing. Beyond clean ingredients, we’re here to share the why behind each product too — so you feel empowered, educated, and confident to share that knowledge with the people you love.

Why is your product range so small?

We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll notice our collection is intentionally curated, and that’s because we take the time to research every single ingredient before a product makes it to our shelves.

Even if we love a brand, not every product they offer meets our strict non-toxic standards. We only stock products that pass our detailed ingredient vetting process. We also personally test everything to ensure it not only is effective - but aligns with our health-first values.

That’s what sets us apart from traditional "clean" stores. We’re not here to overwhelm you with endless options, just the essentials we absolutely trust.

Are all your products truly non-toxic?

Yes! Every product we stock is carefully vetted to meet strict non-toxic standards. That means no hidden endocrine disruptors, no synthetic fragrances, and no harmful chemicals. We only partner with brands that prioritise health, integrity, and transparency.

Do you only stock Australian brands?

Yep! Supporting Australian-owned businesses is at the heart of what we do. Every product in our store is made by trusted Australian brands that align with our values of clean, conscious living. We’re proud to celebrate Australia’s beautiful wellness culture and the people behind it — from high-quality ingredients to holistic, sustainable practices.

I’m new to non-toxic living, where should I start?

Start small. We always suggest beginning with products you use daily, like deodorant, body wash and skincare. These are often the biggest sources of hidden chemicals. Every small swap reduces your toxic load and supports your overall health. Progress over perfection!

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

We do our best to note in the product descriptions whether an item is or isn’t suitable for pregnancy, however every woman is different. We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider for individual advice, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 

What if I’m sensitive to essential oils?

Some products contain essential oils for fragrance or therapeutic benefits. If you know you have sensitive skin, we always recommend patch testing first. Check the product description carefully, we list key ingredients so you can choose what works best for your body.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it.  At the moment international shipping is presenting a few challenges such as:

Unusually high shipping costs: International shipping rates have surged due to factors like rising fuel prices, labor shortages, and global supply chain disruptions. These increased costs can make shipping unbelievably expensive for both businesses and customers.

Customs duties and taxes: Many countries have import duties and taxes on incoming goods, which can lead to unexpected charges for customers upon delivery. Navigating these fees can be complex and varies by country.

We want to ensure that when we do expand internationally, we can offer a service that's both affordable and transparent, without unexpected costs for our customers. So stay tuned - we are actively trying to make this happen!
