We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not provide refunds on opened skin care, beauty, and consumable products.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us First: If you have had a change of mind or made a mistake with your order, please email us at orders@herholisticstore.com before sending anything back so we can assist you with the return process.

Approval & Instructions: We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Ship the Item Back: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Only when the product has been returned and inspected by us in sellable condition will we provide a refund.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@herholisticstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
